Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your items, unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be returned unused, undamaged, with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days of when your item was delivered.
- For exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- Bodycon Collection will then provide instructions of the closest warehouse to send exchanged goods. Please ship by tracking link when returning goods to avoid your item being lost and for you to get notified when it arrives at our head office. Exchanges are unable to be issued until items are received to be inspected, within 30 days.
- Please note, when returning goods you are also responsible for any associated shipping and custom costs associated with exchanging items.
- When an exchanged item is successfully received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of your exchange.
- If an exchange is approved, you will have the option of a new size, new item to the same value or a store credit. Our warehouse will then process your store credit or your new item and ship with new tracking details, within 5 business days.
- If your product is out of stock and we are unable to agree on another product - we will offer a 100% refund.
- If a product has been dispatched on time, but delayed in transit for over 60-days due to customs or other unforeseen shipping delays out of our control, your package will be deemed lost - we will offer a 100% refund.
- Refunds can not be issued for change of mind purchases.
- If a refund is approved, the funds will be processed and appear into your bank within 5-7 business days.

We use third party shipping providers to deliver your items safely and contact-free to you. If your item has already been shipped and is on the way to you and delayed, we will work hard to connect with the shipping provider for an update. Unexpected delays are out of our control and can include custom regulations in your country and their processing times, also how long your local post office will take to deliver your item to your doorstep.
If a product is delayed in transit due to customs and other unforeseen delays, refunds will not be provided until the items have been received as the items have already left our warehouse and are still on the way to the customer. If the product is still in transit for over 60-days from the date of purchase, the product will be deemed lost and customers have the option of a credit for additional purchases or a full refund.
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for products that are deemed as intimate and this extends to our shapewear range.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping and Custom Costs
To return your product, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to understand more and we will provide the address of our closest head office to send your item.
Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Customers are required to ship their item via international shipping to ensure the item is tracked back to our head office. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
