Authority To Leave
Our trusted courier partners may choose to utilise an Authority to leave service when delivering your order, provided they assess that the delivery address has a safe and secure location for the parcel placement without requiring a signature. It's important to note that in such instances, BODYCON COLLECTION cannot be held responsible in the event the parcel goes missing. We regretfully won't be able to issue refunds or resend the parcel under these circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
Changing My Shipping Details
As we aim to dispatch your order quickly, shipping addresses are final once your order has been placed.
To avoid delivery delays, we ask you to check that these details are correct before confirming your order.
Any amendments to shipping details are required to be emailed to hello@bodyconcollection.comfor approval.

Cancelling My Order
Once your order is confirmed, all cancellation and refund requests are subject to approval.

All cancellation requests are subject to approval, and BODYCON COLLECTION reserves the right to not approve a cancellation request. These include orders that have been processed and are currently in transit.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
We do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Once shipped, delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, or local issues.
Please note: we cannot offer refunds, store credit, or replacements for:

- Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
