You can use multiple payment methods for one order, especially when it comes to gift cards, discount codes, and online payments. So, if you have a gift card and want to combine the rest of the payment with a credit or debit card, you can do that. Just make sure to enter your discount codes first at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email. After you complete your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation that includes all the details of your order. Throughout your checkout journey, you’ll also get multiple notification emails, including updates about shipping and tracking.

How do I apply a discount code or gift card?
To apply a discount code or gift card, simply enter the code in the gift card and discount code box during your checkout process. Once you've entered it, make sure to review your order before finalizing. After your code is approved, the discount or gift card value will be automatically deducted from your total.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses are located in Australia, the United States, and Hong Kong, and your order will ship from the warehouse with the best availability.
- We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if ordered before 2pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking details may take up to 5 days to be updated.
- Orders may arrive in separate parcels due to warehouse availability and you can track all your parcels with ease via your dedicated Track My Order link.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We make shipping easy, and ship to most major countries globally. All orders are shipped through our trusted global partners, including DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post and Royal Mail.

Shipping times are based on city and inner-city locations—if you’re in a regional area, please allow extra time for delivery. Unforeseen delays, such as customs processing and peak-season demand, may affect delivery times.

Do you offer overnight or next-day shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer overnight or next-day shipping options.
Our express delivery usually takes 5-7 days. We always recommend planning ahead for your special events to ensure you have your items in time.

How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey! Just click on the “Track My Order” link on our website to stay updated.
We’ll also send you email notifications when your package is on the way and nearing delivery. If your tracking info isn’t updating or you’re experiencing delays, reach out to our friendly customer service team—we’re happy to help.
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check with family members, neighbors, or your building manager—they may have accepted it for you. Still no luck? Let us know, and we’ll assist you in locating your package.
Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?
If you choose our economic standard shipping option, you won't have to worry about customs fees. However, if you choose express shipping, there may be some customs duty clearance fees depending on the total amount of your order, its weight, and your country's specific regulations.
If any additional charges are required, our team or DHL will reach out to you directly to inform you.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t seem to find it, don’t worry—we’re here to help. First, it might be a good idea to check with family members, neighbors, or your building manager, as someone may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. If you still can’t locate it, please reach out to us, and we’ll promptly follow up with your courier.
Occasionally, packages may be delayed due to customs or during peak periods, so we always recommend ordering ahead of time to mitigate any unforeseen delays. If you encounter any issues with a lost or delayed package, just contact our team, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We get it—sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer an easy 60-day return policy from the day your order is delivered.
If you need to return an item, just head to our Returns Hub, submit your request, and we’ll guide you through the next steps! Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return Your Item:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and the cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are only processed once the return is received, inspected, and approved.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

Please note, sale items are not eligible for refunds back to the original method of payment but can be exchanged or refunded as store credit or gift cards. Intimates (Bodycon Shapewear & Swimwear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return has been submitted and approved via our Returns Hub, we ask you to allow from 10-15 days for your return to arrive, be inspected and approved.
Refunds will be processed minus the return shipping label fee and any applicable discounts. We allow one exchange per purchase. Any additional exchanges may be subject to extra charges. Please note, returns received after your 60-day returns window are subject to approval.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we're here to help. First, we ask that you report any product defects within 7 days of delivery.
To assist you efficiently, please send us images of the damaged item. Once we receive the information, we'll get back to you promptly with options for a replacement or a refund based on the defect.

Bandage Dresses – Made with thick, stretchy fabric (a blend of polyester, nylon, and spandex), these dresses are designed to hug your curves. If you love a snug fit, go with your usual size. Prefer a little extra room? Size up for a more relaxed feel.
Bodycon Dresses – These styles have less stretch, so we recommend sticking to your regular size for the best fit. Many of our customers find that sizing down gives them a more sculpted look.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so we work quickly to process and ship it! Because of this, once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.
