Where is Bodycon Collection based?

Our Head Office and Returns Centre is based in Australia.
We have warehouses based in Australia, United States and Hong Kong to get orders to our valued Bodycon Women globally.


Returns Process and Conditions

  • We offer easy self-serve returns. Submit your return online by visiting our Returns Hub.
  • To make your return smoother (wherever you are globally), we offer an extended 60-days returns period, from the day your order was delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned unused, undamaged, with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 60 days of when your item was delivered.
  • Once approved, a discounted shipping label from one of our many global shipping partners will be provided to you, with the cost of this label deducted from your overall refund.
  • Refunds are unable to be issued until items are received, inspected and approved.
  • Once your return has been approved, the total available amount for a refund will be less the pre-paid returns shipping label fee and less any applicable store discounts.
  • Due to demand, we aim to process all exchange requests within 5 working days.
  • Additional returns: We're committed to reducing excess production and promoting mindful purchases. To support this, one complimentary return per purchase is extended. Any additional return requests from the same order may require additional approval and incur a return fee charged per return of $9.97USD.

    Refund Eligibility

    • Sale items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds back to the original method of payment. The option of an exchange or a refund to store credit or a gift card will be provided. Intimates (Bodycon Shapewear and Bodycon Swimwear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. Sale items are defined as any product sold at a reduced or marked-down price.
    • For new orders, if a product in your order becomes out of stock before it has been dispatched, and we are unable to agree on an alternate product - we will offer a 100% refund for that item.
    • Refunds can not be issued for shipping issues, including delays or refused deliveries.
    • We ask that any defective or damaged items be reported within 7 days of delivery.
    • If a refund is approved, the funds for the item less any shipping costs will be processed and is estimated to be back into your method of payment within 5-7 business days.
