Estimated shipping times

We aim to dispatch orders same day if placed before 2pm, AEST.
Please allow up to 5 days for your tracking details to be updated as your order moves through different facilities.
Your items may be split across different parcels due to warehouse availability.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses based in Australia, United States and Hong Kong.
Estimated shipping times are based on city and inner city locations, if you live regionally please allow additional time for delivery.
Unforeseen warehouse processing, clearance and custom delays over peak periods may impact the above estimated delivery times. 

Tracking information
Once we ship your package, you will receive more details to track your order via our website through your "Track My Order" link.
You'll be sent numerous notifications via email when your order is in transit or close to delivery, but if you're experiencing delays with viewing the updated tracking information, please get in touch with our friendly customer service team.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with family members, building managers, or neighbors, as they may have collected it on your behalf. 

Changing my shipping details
As we aim to dispatch your order quickly and shipping addresses are final once your order has been shipped.
To avoid delivery delays, we ask you to check these details are correct before confirming your order.
Any amendments to shipping details are required to be emailed to hello@bodyconcollection.com for approval.
Please review your shipping details carefully, we do not accept responsibility for any incorrect shipping addresses.

Cancelling my order
Once your order is confirmed, all cancellation and refund requests are required to be emailed to Bodycon Collection and our team will be in touch shortly if your cancellation request has been approved. 
All cancellation requests are subject to approval, and Bodycon Collection reserves the right to not approve a cancellation request, for any reason, including orders that have been confirmed and processed and orders already shipped.
